Who is responsible

The company operating Motionbakers, identified below, is responsible for the processing described here. For privacy questions, contact contact@motionbakers.co.

Digital Edge Labs LLC — 704 Wallace St, Suite 504, Clovis, NM 88101, United States — New Mexico registration no. 0008049385

Information and purposes

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, company or product, message and selected service options. We use these details to respond, understand your project and prepare a proposal. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the request; video length and options may remain undecided.

When the form offers direct submission, Resend delivers this information to our contact address. When it offers to prepare an email, your email application opens a draft that you decide whether to send. Your email provider then participates in sending that message.

Our hosting provider also processes technical information needed to connect to, deliver and secure the website: IP address, requests, timestamps and browser information. An estimated country derived from the IP address and, in certain cases, browser language help suggest the French or English version. You can choose your language manually.

Legal grounds where the GDPR applies

Being established in the United States does not exclude the GDPR where its territorial criteria are met. Project inquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For business representatives, general inquiries and technical protection, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and keeping the service secure. Legal obligations may require retention of certain records.

Viewing the website or this policy is not blanket consent to all processing. The contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based on these inquiries.

Recipients and international processing

Information is available to people authorized to handle your inquiry and to necessary technical providers: Vercel for hosting and, for direct submissions, Resend for email delivery. The email services involved also process the messages. Inquiry information is not published on the website. For a commissioned project, contributors may receive information needed for their work; accounting or legal advisers may receive records needed for their duties. Disclosure may also be required by law.

The website operator is established in the United States. Information may be processed there and in countries where providers operate. The processing documents of Vercel and Resend describe their commitments and contractual transfer terms. Contact us for details of safeguards relevant to your inquiry.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained while the request and project follow-up are handled. If a project proceeds, records needed to deliver it are retained during the contractual relationship; records needed for accounting, legal obligations or legal claims may be kept for the corresponding periods. For inquiries that do not proceed, we set a maximum retention period of twelve months from your last communication; information is then deleted or anonymized unless needed for a documented legal reason or dispute. A reminder from us does not restart that period.

Technical logs are subject to the operational retention periods of the hosting and delivery providers. Browser preference retention is described below. You can request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

Cookies and browser preferences

The current website uses these preferences, without an integrated advertising or audience analytics tracker:

  • motionbakers-lang: a cookie storing your explicit language choice (FR or EN) for one year, preventing an automatic redirect from overriding it.
  • motionbakers-theme: local storage remembering light or dark mode. It remains until it is removed or replaced, with no automatic expiration.

These preferences only remember requested display choices and do not serve advertising tracking. Change them using the website controls or clear them through your browser settings. Clearing them resets your preferences. The current video placeholder does not load a third-party video player. If non-essential trackers are added, those requiring consent will remain disabled until you opt in; refusal and withdrawal will be available.

Security and third-party information

The website uses HTTPS for browser connections. The inquiry form does not collect card details or create a customer account. It validates submitted fields and includes checks against automated submissions; these measures do not guarantee absolute security.

The service is intended for businesses. Avoid including children’s information or your users’ personal data in examples. Contact us to request removal of unnecessary information or information sent by mistake. Incidents are reviewed and notifications are made where required by applicable rules.

European privacy rights

Depending on the rules applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future.

Email contact@motionbakers.co with your request. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. Where the GDPR applies, we generally respond within one month and explain any permitted extension. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.

United States privacy rights

Rights under US privacy laws depend on your state of residence and whether the relevant law applies to the activity. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to appeal our response. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will handle applicable requests within the legal deadlines and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right provided by law.

The current website does not sell personal information through advertising tools or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not use an advertising tracking system that requires a sale or targeted-advertising opt-out. This statement does not assert that every state privacy statute applies to the company.

Updates

We will update this policy when features or processing change, including the addition of analytics, booking tools or external video players. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be brought to your attention visibly; where consent is needed, a separate choice will be requested before activation.
